| Salvaging and restoring century old homes is nothing new to Boyd Smith. The circa 1890 Mill home in Hartwell, Georgia shown above was nearly falling in and termite ridden. Boyd's crew was able to raise the home up on a new foundation, replace the deteriorated 6x8 sill beams, and turn this historic house into a new home, while still being able to save the old characteristics of the structure. |
